Your child will lead the conference by proudly sharing their work and progress with you. During the conference, your child will explain their academic progress, strengths, and areas of need. Teachers will be present and available to facilitate the process. Your child will have the opportunity to reflect upon their semester and share their goals for the remainder of the school year. 

 

Student-Led Conferences allow students and their families to come together to monitor and discuss progress and growth. The process allows students to demonstrate their responsibility for grades they have earned and invest in the goal-setting process for the future. These conferences are a wonderful opportunity for you to have a positive and supportive discussion with your child about their education.

 

Your attendance and participation in this conference are a crucial component of your child’s academic progress and success. Please be sure to bring a charged chromebook to review portfolios and Schoology progress.
